The EHD comments for those sites are provided herein. The <br /> following comments pertain only to the recommendations; other information in the <br /> annual five-year review update letters that is incorrect or incomplete is noted only <br /> insofar as that information directly affects the recommendations. <br /> 1140 Hammer Lane W., Stockton, CA. <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund Five Year Review <br /> Committee (CUF) repeated recommendation in the Revised 5-Year Review <br /> Summary Report, dated 05 March 2009 was to direct the responsible party (RP) <br /> to assess and implement remedial technologies to achieve Water Quality <br /> Objectives in a timely manner. Monitoring well MW-5 has been replaced and <br /> monitored; groundwater appears to be more intensely impacted in the <br /> replacement well than in the original. The EHD will direct a feasibility study to <br /> remediate impacted groundwater. <br /> 4004 El Dorado Street S., Stockton, CA. <br /> In the Revised 5-Year Review Summary Report, dated 03 March 2009, the CUF <br /> notes that the EHD stated by letter dated that the RP would be directed to re- <br /> evaluate the treatment system and the potential for air-sparging near MW-1, but <br /> such directive was not on GeoTracker. A formal directive was not issued, but the <br /> EHD met with Manna Pro representatives on January 6, 2009 and this issue was <br /> discussed and agreed to by both parties as memorialized in the January 15, <br /> 2009 letter on GeoTracker.
