CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-92-16 <br /> MANNA PRO CORPORATION <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, <br /> a Record of Survey is required. (New legal description <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review) . <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor 's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The decriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signedby a Registered Civil Engineer or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a . This lot line adjustment shall not be recorded until the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services and the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board certify the entire site <br /> as clean. (Section 25297. 1 Porter-Cologne Water Quality <br /> Control Act) <br />
