E1 Dorado, Stockton <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Services (PHS/EHD) has reviewed the Soil and Groundwater <br /> Investigation Report, submitted by ERM-West, for the above referenced site, and has the following <br /> comments: <br /> 1. Please submit replacement figures 3-1 and 3-2 which have corrected vertical scales and <br /> double check the subsurface horizons to insure the diagrams are representative of the new <br /> scale. <br /> 2. Please provide a diagram which indicates the locations of samples collected from the <br /> different stockpiles and tabulated in table 3-3. <br /> The next steps will be to determine the status of the stockpiled soil under Article 11, Title 22, of the <br /> California Code of Regulations. (NOTE: Please notify PHS/EHD 48 hours prior to sampling events at the <br /> site.) Review the cleanup options with the responsible party then submit a proposal for remediation of the <br /> stockpiled soils and backfilling of the open excavation.)
