The Site is bounded by El Dorado Street to the west, businesses to the north and south and South McKinley Avenue to the east. The surrounding land use is commercial. Site History/Assessments In July 1990, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, ten monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the location of the limits of the 1990 excavation, monitoring wells and site facilities is provided at the end of this five year summary.
