Eldorado Street, Stockton, CA <br /> The re-excavation of the former tank facility at the above location has failed to <br /> remove all of the contaminated soil. We would like to propose increasing the <br /> t excavation size as indicated on the attached Figures. The depth to ground water is. <br /> approximately 36 feet and we are proposing to excavate down to five feet above this <br /> depth. <br /> We believe all of the contaminated soil can be removed within these proposed <br /> bounaries except for the soil in the capillary zone. The equipment to excavate the <br /> remaining soil is at the site and available to proceed. We would appreciate your <br /> approval of this proposal as soon as possible. <br /> Ground water contamination will be addressed at a later date.
