We would like to propose incMas irW the <br /> excavation size as indicated on the attached f1gures. The depth to ground water is <br /> approximately 36 feet and we a.>e proposing to excavate down to five feet above this <br /> depth. <br /> We believe all of the contaminated soil can be removed within these proposed <br /> bounaaies except for the soil in the capillary zone. The equipment to excavate the <br /> remaining soil is at the site and available to proceed.
