The tanks were removed May 30; 1990 by Semco, under your supervision. <br /> Soil samples taken 2 feet under the tanks indicated contamination while a sample taken <br /> a few feet deeper was non-detect for petroleum and petroleum constituents. <br /> WHF Environmental is proposing to excavate the remaining contaminated <br /> material down to a maximum depth of 20 feet.
