1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> The Manna Pro Facility is located at 4004 EI Dorado Road In Stockton, Callfomia The currently Inactive <br /> facility was used for graln milling and storage. Several underground storage tanks (USTs),used for fleet <br /> refueling purposes,were removed from the subject property as part of a tank closure activity. During this <br /> activity,soil and groundwater contamination were detected. <br /> Approximately 5,000 cubic yards of hydrocarbon contaminated soil were removed from the area around the <br /> old tank ph.
