LOCATION: VILLAGE WEST MARINA
6649 Embarcadero Drive
Stockton, CA 95209
1 . Leak Detection - Monitoring for one (1) 12, 000 gallon gas
tank, and 1 (1) 5, 000 gallon diesel tank: In accordance with the
California Underground Storage Tank Regulation ( 8/85) , a
continuous monitoring device will be installed in both tanks and
connected to an audio-visual alarm system located in a nearby
building . The detector will be monitored on a daily basis .
Monitoring will be the responsibility of Len Bohlke , Harbor
Master.
2 . Response Plan - If a leak detector alarm activates , the
first response would be to determine if there is any product in
the secondary container. If so, any product will be removed by a
suction pump. If no product is in the secondary containment , the
sensor and the alarm will be checked for proper operation. If
there is a leak from the primary to the secondary tank, the
primary will be emptied and proper repair or replacement measures
will be initiated.
3. Monitoring system will be located at fuel dock inside the
dock house where it can be seen and heard at all times .
4 . A preventative maintenance schedule will be performed as
instructed in the manufacturers schedule and instructions .
5. Western Meter Service will instruct and provide training in
the operation of the monitoring system.
SIGNED: `4 d"-e
TITLE: /'/
DATE: If b'6/
