No <br /> addendum for this Work Plan has been received by this office. A new Work Plan to investigate the lateral <br /> and vertical extent of contamination at this site should be submitted to PHSIEHD. <br /> Polychlorinated Biphenyl, Petroleum, Volatile Hydrocarbon, and Heavy Metal contamination was <br /> evidenced in soil samples collected during the removal of a waste oil underground storage tank at the above <br /> referenced site on September 29, 1998. <br /> Provide information regarding appropriate handling methods and end.disposal facility for hazardous <br /> contaminated soils expected to be encountered at this site during the investigation. <br /> In addition to the above contaminants, analyze all soil and water samples for Oxygenates using EPA <br /> method 8260. <br /> Vertical investigation at this site should proceed to the historical low groundwater level at the above <br /> referenced site.
