Tracy Material Recovery&Transfer Station SPCC Plan <br /> 6.0 SUMMARY OF FACILITY SPILL PREVENTION OR CONTROL MEASURES <br /> The following is a summary of Facility spill prevention or control measures that are employed at <br /> the TMR Facility or will be employed in the event of a release to mitigate potential environmental <br /> effects. This list includes recommendations identified within this SPCC Plan.
