Tracy Material Recovery& Transfer Station SPCC Plan 6.0 SUMMARY OF FACILITY SPILL PREVENTION OR CONTROL MEASURES The following is a summary of Facility spill prevention or control measures that are employed at the TMR Facility or will be employed in the event of a release to mitigate potential environmental effects. This list includes recommendations identified within this SPCC Plan. Full implementation of this SPCC Plan requires implementation of all recommended measures.
