Conclusions & Recommendations: <br /> The next recommended formal external inspection for this tank 20 years from the date of this <br /> inspection in accordance with the requirements of the EPA and CA regulations and that within <br /> the SPCC Plan, provided the following deficiencies are repaired and all required monthly and <br /> annual inspections are performed. <br /> • The fill locations on the tank should be padlocked when is <br /> • Tank A overfill plunger product return needs to be main:. <br /> • It is recommended but not required that continuous electronic monitoring with <br /> alarms for both overfills of the primary vessel and also releases into the secondary <br /> containment, be installed and made to be operational. <br /> • It is recommended but not required that on the tank, at the filling location, a flow <br /> limiting device for filling operations could be installed to minimize the danger from <br /> overfilling the primary vessel. <br /> Inspection Schedule <br /> All tank meet the requirements to listed as Category 1 as detailed in the STI Standard for <br /> Inspection of Aboveground Storage Tank SP001 Issued January 2018 6th Edition. <br /> The facility is required to perform and document US EPA, CA APSA, & San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department/Aboveground Petroleum Storage AST Monthly Visual <br /> Inspection Checklist, AST Annual Visual Inspection Checklist, and AST Tank Gauge Inspection <br /> This inspection's findings determine that the Formal External Inspection requirement should be <br /> complete and the next formal inspection-tank integrity test be completed in October 2039. <br /> Todd W.
