1. NOTICES TO PROPERTY OWNER
If bills are not paid in full for the labor, services, equipment, or materials furnished or to be
furnished, a mechanic's lien leading to the loss, through court foreclosure proceedings of all
or part of your property being so improved may be placed against the property even though
you have paid your contractor in full. You may wish to protect yourself against this
consequence by (1) requiring your contractor to furnish a signed release by the person or firm
giving you this notice before making payment to your contractor or (2) any other method or
device which is appropriate under the circumstances.
2. FEDERAL TRUTH IN LENDING ACT
Our regular credit accounts are payable in full after 30 days. A late payment "finance charge"
of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate: 18%) will be assessed on the total past due
balance on the next statement.
3. ATTORNEY FEES AND COLLECTIONS COSTS
In the event the purchaser fails to make payments as required. the account may be
considered in default and the purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of all costs of
collection, including reasonable attorneys fees, as allowed by law.
4. LIABILITY
Seller shall not be liable for any delays or for any failure to manufacture, ship, supply, or
deliver products resulting from strikes, labor disputes, breakdowns, war, civil disturbance,
floods, acts of God, carriers' or suppliers' delays or defaults, or regulations of any
governmental authority.
5. LIMITATION & DISCLAIMER OR WARRANTIES
Any written warranties and any disclaimer of warranties stated herein extend only to buyers
for commercial or industrial purposes or for purposes of release and do not extend to buyers
for personal. family, or household purposes. ANY GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER GUARANTEES OR
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, AND IN NO EVENT
SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE NET PURCHASE PRICE
OF THE PRODUCT SHIPPED.
WARNING: INJURIOUS TO EYES
CAUSES SKIN IRRITATION
READ THIS WARNING BEFORE USING
Contains Portland Cement
Contact with wet (unhardened concrete, mortar, cement mixtures) can cause
skin irritation, severe chemical burns, or serious eye damage. Avoid contact
with eyes or skin. Wear waterproof gloves, a fully buttoned long-sleeved
shirt, full-length trousers, and tight fitting eye protection when working with
these materials. If you have to stand in wet concrete, use waterproof boots
that are tight at tops and high enough to keep concrete from flowing into
them. If you are finishing concrete, wear knee pads to protect knees. Wash
wet concrete, mortar, cement, or cement mixtures from your skin with fresh
clean water immediately after contact. Indirect contact through clothing can
be as serious as direct contact, so promptly rinse our wet concrete, mortar,
cement or cement mixtures from clothing. Seek immediate medical attention
if you have persistent or severe discomfort. In case of eye contact, flush with
plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a physician immediately.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
