ti. r
_ 20 October 2004
AGE-NC Project No. 04-1156
Page 6of6
5.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Based upon soil and ground water data collected during advancement of soil borings, AGE
concludes:
• Primarily olive brown to brown., dry to damp, fine- to medium-grained sand and silty sand
was encountered at discrete depths of 5 and 10 feet bsg. Fine-grained soils were encountered
from 15 to 25 feet bsg. Sand and silty sand was encountered at 25 feet bsg in B-1 and B-4
and from 30 to 40 feet bsg.
• No target analytes were detected in any of the soil or ground water samples submitted for
analysis.
6.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the results of this investigation, AGE recommends no further action at this site.
7.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the
geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from
a limited number of available data points (i.e. soil and ground water samples), and subsurface
conditions may vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made
as to the professional interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
.,Edvanc-ed GeuEnviroEuuental,Inc.
