The following were present for the discussions : <br /> Kyle Christie ARCO Products Margaret Lagorio PHS/EHD <br /> Paul Supple ARCO Products Michael Infurna PHS/EHD <br /> Jay Johnson EMCON Ron Rowe PHS/EHD <br /> Joel Coffman EMCON Carol Oz PHS/EHD <br /> Greg Barclay SECOR Jeffrey Wong PHS/EHD <br /> i <br /> The following are summaries of the discussions and agreements reached for <br />` each site . <br /> 1612 Hammer Lane, Stockton ARCO Facility #548 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio <br /> The underground storage tanks ( UST) have been removed and the <br /> contaminated soil stockpiled on site during the removal activities has been <br /> placed in the former UST excavation . Vapor extraction wells will be <br /> installed in the former UST location . Monitoring well 3 will be destroyed <br /> because of its location in the area where the City of Stockton plans to <br /> widen Hammer Lane , <br /> 800 Kettleman Lane , Lodi ARCO Facility #2067 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Margaret Lagorio <br /> PHS/EHD will request concurrence on " No Further Action" from the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for this site . <br />'i <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
