The following participants were in attendance: <br /> Kyle Christie ARCO Products Company Jay Johnson EMCON <br /> Joel Coffman Brown & Caldwell Margaret Lagorio PHS-EHD <br /> Mary Meays PHS-EHD Linda Turkatte PHS-EHD <br /> Steven Sasson PHS-EHD Harlin Knoll PHS-EHD <br /> Michael Infurna PHS-EHD <br /> The following are summaries of the discussions and agreements reached for each site. <br /> 1711 E Yosemite, Manteca ARCO Facility #6020 <br /> PHS-EHD contact - Michael Infurna <br /> The groundwater at this site has been non-detect for gasoline constituents. The soil <br /> contamination is limited. The need for a tank system upgrade at this site has not yet been <br /> determined . If a replacement is not scheduled then a closure recommendation will be <br /> submitted . <br /> 7906 N EI Dorado St, Stockton ARCO Facility #2130 <br /> PHS-EHD contact - Michael Infurna <br /> The first quarter status report included a workplan for destruction of the monitoring well located <br /> in the street. Groundwater levels have risen leaving some contamination below the water <br /> table. Currently , air sparge and vapor wells are operating at the site. <br /> 441 W Charter Way, Stockton ARCO Facility #2168 <br /> PHS-EHD contact - Michael Infurna <br /> The building at the site has been demolished and the former tank system removed . It <br /> appeared from over-excavation of the tank pit and dispenser areas that the past releases from <br /> the system went vertically to groundwater. The soil that had been removed from the site <br /> during this process is currently being aerated and will be used as backfill material after <br /> treatment. Soil vapor extraction technology will be used to reduce the hydrocarbon mass in <br /> the source areas at the site. <br /> 1617 W Fremont St, Stockton ARCO Facility #5450 <br /> PHS-EHD contact - Michael Infurna <br /> The initial proposed work for this site will be to install one monitoring well in the area of highest <br /> contamination to assess the impact to groundwater and to determine any additional <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
