a <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 7906 N . E1 Dorado Street , in the City of Stockton APN 079 -350 - 161 <br /> on the Northeast corner of North E1 Dorado , and Hammer Lane , has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services , <br /> Environmental Health Division ( PHS / EHD ) . The plan is a proposal <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage <br /> tanks ( UST ) which were located on the property . <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services , Environmental Health <br /> Division , Local UST Oversight Program , has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local , State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination . <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Stockton Public Library / Margaret Troke Branch , 502 W . Benjamin Holt <br /> Drive , and Environmental Health Division , 445 N . San Joaquin <br /> Street , Stockton , California , during normal working hours , 8 : 00 <br /> a . m . - 5 : 00 p . m . If a written request by any member of the public <br /> for a public hearing is not received by PHS / EHD by April 81 1992 <br /> the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time . <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS / EHD at P . O . Box 2009 , Stockton , 95201 .
