CA 94402 In accordance with Ordinance 085 - 87 , passed by the Council of the City of Stockton on October 26 , 1987 , a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is g hereby granted to : 'l ARCO PRODUCT COMPANY to install and maintain a ground water monitoring well ( s ) . This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions : 1 . This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No . 22 , 578 on December 5 , 1960 , and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Stockton . 2 . The general location of each well ( s ) shall be as shown on the map attached . The precise location shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton . 3 . The Permittee shall keep in full force and effect a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $ 1 , 000 during the life of this permit . 4 .
