However, two potentially ineligible sources have been <br /> identified in association with this claim: the 500-gallon weed oil aboveground storage <br /> tank (AST) and leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites in the vicinity of the <br /> subject property and identified on the State's GeoTracker database. Any corrective <br /> action costs incurred as a result of contamination from the 500-gallon weed oil AST <br /> and/or any LUST sites in the vicinity of the subject site are not eligible for <br /> reimbursement from the Cleanup Fund. <br /> If you disagree with this Staff Decision, you may appeal to the Fund Manager pursuant <br /> to Section 2814 of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund <br /> Regulations. If you would like review of the decision by the Fund Manager, please <br /> submit your request along with any additional documentation to: <br /> Ronald M.
