' <br /> 03/27/90 UST#1 failed second precision test. <br /> 04/03/90 Filed Unauthorized Release Report(UAR)and Prop-65. <br /> 01/15/91 Removed the following USTs and UST fill lines at the site: <br /> • UST#4 State ID 58690004,Diesel 500 gallon <br /> • UST#8 State ID 58690009,Waste Oil 500 gallon <br /> • UST#9 State ID(unknown), Solvent 500 gallon <br /> • 80 feet of Piping from Remote Fill to UST#5,6,7(Removed 01/16/91;UST#5,6, 7 <br /> were not removed.) Soil samples were collected for laboratory analyses. <br /> 04/02/91 Filed UAR and Prop-65s.
