The operational and health <br /> and safety responsibilities of pertinent ATC personnel are identified below.;, <br /> BRANCH MANAGER: Jeanne Homsey <br /> n <br /> The Branch Manager is responsible for the provisions and submittal of this SSP to the Site Safety Officer <br /> (SSO) and for advising the SSO on health and safety matters. He has the authority to provide for the <br /> auditing of compliance with the provisions of this SSP,suspend or modify work practices, and to recommend f <br /> disciplinary action for individuals whose conduct does not meet the provisions presented in this SSP. The <br /> Branch Manager is also responsible for ensuring that Medical Surveillance Exams and Training Programs <br /> are current for all personnel working on-site. The Branch Manager reports to the Corporate Safety <br /> Manager. <br /> SITE SAFETY OFFICER: Tom Lutterman <br /> The SSO:is responsible for the dissemination of the information contained in this SSP to all ATC personnel <br /> working it the job site,and to the responsible representative(s)of each subcontractor firm working for ATC <br /> at the job site. The SSO is responsible for ensuring the following items are adequately addressed: Safety <br /> Supplies, and Equipment Inventory; Accident/Incident Reporting Procedures; <br /> Decontamination/Contamination Reduction Procedures; General Safe Work Practices. <br /> The SSO Ihas the authority to suspend work anytime shethe determines the safety provisions set-forth in this <br /> SSP are inadequate to ensure worker safety. The SSO shall also inform the Project Manager of individuals <br /> whose conduct does not meet the safety provisions of this SSP. The Site Safety Officer reports to the Project <br /> IManager.
