The appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant to <br /> Section 25180.7 of the HSC has been made, and the site has been placed on the list <br /> of contaminated sites in San Joaquin County which'fis maintained by PHS/EHD. <br /> f t t <br /> PHS/EHD under contract with the State of California Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) oversees the investigation and remediation of contamination from leaking <br /> UST's. Responsible parties must take corrective action in response to an <br /> unauthorized release, in compliance with Section 25299.37 of the HSC and <br /> Corrective Action Regulations adopted pursuant to Section 25299.77 of the HSC... <br /> PHS/EHD uses the SWRCB "Prioritization System for Leaking Underground Storage <br /> Tank Sites" to prioritize all the contaminated sites. You will be directed to begin the <br /> required investigation, based upon the priority ranking of the site and PHS/EHD staff <br /> availability. <br /> Unless further excavation of the tank pit is currently�.proposed, the tank excavation <br /> should be filled. Open tank excavations allow for downward migration of I <br /> contaminants.
