The investigation is due to suspected leaking underground storage tank that was removed from 355 <br /> Enterprise Place in 1997.Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc.is requesting to install 2 monitoring wells on the <br /> property located at 315 Enterprise Place, Tracy, CA.; an access agreement is enclosed for your review and <br /> signature. <br /> The access agreement addresses the following issues: <br /> 1) Installation of 2 monitoring wells located in the northern and eastern portions of the property located <br /> at 315 Enterprise Place (see attached site plan). <br /> 2) The property owner(Mr. Tatarian) of for the above referenced site will be given a minimum of 1 <br /> week notification prior to any field activities. <br /> 3) The well installation area will be returned to the same conditions, with the exception of a <br /> traffic-rated well box flush mounted with the surface grade as prior to the well installation activities. <br /> 4) Upon well completion, a report of findings will be submitted to the property owner (Mr. Garo <br /> Tatarian) of the above referenced site. <br /> If you should have any further questions,please do not hesitate to call me at(209)467-1006.
