SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY
... ENTERPRISE INVESTMENTS, INC. (Former J.S. Murphy Trucking)
355 Enterprise Place, Tracy, California
,r 1.0. INTRODUCTION
The San Joaquin County Public Health Services -Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) has
required by letter dated 03 October 2000 that a sensitive receptor survey be conducted for the above
referenced site. The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on
Figure 1. Site structures are depicted on Figure 2. The area encompassed by the 2000-foot search
. radius and the water wells located during the search are depicted on Figure 3.
2.0. SCOPE OF WORK
The search for potential ground water conduits and receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the site
consisted of the following:
• A search of driller's water well logs on file with the Department of Water Resources;
• A search for water wells on the Department of Water Resources(DWR)database and the San
Joaquin County blood Control and Water Conservation District (SJCFC&WCD) map;
.r••r
• A reconnaissance of visually observable potential receptors;
• A search for San Joaquin County water well locations with PHS-EHD;
• A search for City of Tracy water well locations with the City of Tracy;
• A search for federal water wells on SJCFC&WCD map;
V
• A search for septic systems with San Joaquin County PHS-EHD.
La
3.0. FINDINGS
According to Dave Carter of the City of Tracy, drinking water at and near the site is currently
supplied by the City of Tracy, however there are no City of Tracy municipal water wells located
. within 2,000 feet of the subject property. On 20 November 2000, a representative of AGE performed
an area reconnaissance for visually observable potential receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the
above referenced site. Four domestic water wells located on South Tracy Boulevard were observed
. during the visual search. Additionally, 10 ground water monitoring wells were observed at 4 other
locations. No information could be obtained regarding the domestic water wells located during the
receptor survey.
Advanced GeoEnvironmentai,Inc.
V
1../
