The samples were analyzed for:
Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) and diesel (TPH-d) in

accordance with EPA Method 8015M; and F
• Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes(BTEX}and fuel additives methyl tertiary-
,:.:. butyl ether(MTBE), di-isopropyl ether (DIPE), ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE), tertiary-
jamyl methyl ether (TAME), tertiary-butyl alcohol (TBA), 1,2-dibromoethane {EDB}, and
1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) in accordance with EPA Method 8260.B.
l'
3.0. FINDINGS
Ground water elevation, flow direction, and gradient were determined from field data collected on
24 June 2005. The hydrocarbon-impact to ground water was quantified from laboratory analysis of
the ground water samples.
{ 3.1. GROUND WATER GRADIENT AND FLOW DIRECTION
;1
At the time of the June 2005 sampling event, depths to ground water in wells MW-1 through MW-5
and EW-1 ranged from 7.53 feet(MW-2)to 9.53 feet(MW-3)below the wellheads.Average ground
water elevation at the site (excluding MW-2 and EW-1) was approximately 2.90 feet above mean
sea level(MSL;Table 1). Ground water elevations at the site increased an average of 1.93 feet since
the February 2005 monitoring event.
The ground water flow direction was inferred using ground water elevation data from the monitoring
wells on-site. Well MW-2 was not used to determine ground water flow direction or gradient
because it is screened at a deeper interval than the other wells. Ground water flow was inferred to r
be flowing toward the southeast at a gradient of approximately 0.003 foot/foot (ft/ft). Figure 3 fr
illustrates the contoured ground water elevations as measured on 24 June 2005.
3.2. ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLESs
3 No analytes were detected at or above laboratory reporting limits in any of the ground water samples
collected and analyzed this quarter. The analytical results of ground water samples are summarized -'
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
:1
!a
