If Wafer could enter into the secondary containment by <br />precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed <br />approximately 1 cup of liquid from each of the sumps. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free <br />of liquid. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />X21 <br />CCR 2636(c)(1) All releases in secondary piping do not flow to a collection sump. <br />The 87 -octane flexible piping in the UDC 3/4 has no direct communication with the secondary containment inside the <br />UDC. Any potential release from the primary containment into the secondary containment in the 87 -octane piping <br />inside UDC 3/4 does not flow into a collection sump. All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all <br />releases will flow to a collection sump located at the low point of the underground piping. Immediately contact a <br />properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to ensure that any releases in the 87 -octane piping flows into the <br />UDC 3/4 sump. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />,.ornplete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by November 7, 2015. <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br />applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance. The UST Owner/Operator: Written <br />Agreement, if applicable, can be stored at the facility or uploaded into CERS. <br />NOTE: <br />Was unable to verify the appropriate positioning (at the lowest point) of the VR -208 sensors inside the UDCs (UD( <br />1/2 and UDC 3/4) since they were already removed on arrival (arrived onsite on time).
