No special sampling of the four new <br /> wells will take place. <br /> 5.5. TASK 4 - REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results, a report of findings <br /> for the drilling of the soil borings and the monitoring well sampling will be prepared for client <br /> and agency review. The report will include: <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br /> ' • Lithologic Logs <br /> • Tabulated results of soil samples with copies of certified results (groundwater results will <br /> ' be included in the routine monitoring and reporting) <br /> • A graphical representation of soil and groundwater sampling locations <br /> 1 • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory <br /> work <br /> • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. <br /> All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be <br /> ' released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law <br /> requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an <br /> immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment.
