Main Street. <br />Manteca, CA <br />Inspection Report <br />Dear Ms. Tran: <br />The intent of this letter is to respond to the item you noted on your Inspection Report issued to the <br />location referenced above dated 10/8/2010. <br />Item : On your inspection report you stated that the UST Monitoring Plan lacked the name of the <br />manufacturer for the Mechanical Line Leak Detector (MLLD) installed in the 91 Premium Unleaded <br />(PUL) Turbine. <br />Resolution : The UST Monitoring Plan has been revised to reflect that F.E. Petro is currently the (MLLD) <br />operating in the 91 Turbine sump and a copy is attached for your review. <br />This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7 -Eleven assumes that all issues <br />regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
