Audible and visual alarms as well as fill tube shut-off were identified in the monitoring plan uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), no audible and visual alarms utilized for overfill protection were noted during this inspection. The accurate monitoring plan must be uploaded to the CERS. Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 319 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). Liquid was observed in the 87 octane STP, 87 octane fill, and 91 octane fill sumps. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 3-gallons of liquid from 87 octane fill sump, 1/2-gallon of liquid from the 91-octane fill sump, and approximately 500-ml from the 87 octane STP sump.
