The <br />contractor Sacramento Equipmnet has completed these repairs as of 2/2/07. <br />Also enclosed are SB989 test results dated 1/8/07, <br />The submission does not constitute, nor may it be deemed to constitute, an <br />admission of liability or responsibility with respect to the alleged violations.
