Detail clean by 3 days and on a weekly basis. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. He stated that they currently have pest control. <br /> Food process: Pork meat is received fresh, cut up and grounded daily. It is then displayed inside meat case. Meat grinder is <br /> cleaned daily. <br /> Observation: Meat grinder is stored inside walk in cooler. It looks clean. Meat in meat display looks fresh and free of any <br /> particles. Inspected meat dept and did not observe any live insects.
