You are now operating a food facility without a valid permit and your facility is subject <br />to closure pursuant to California Retail Food Code (CRFC), Section 114387. <br />You should pay all necessary permit fees and penalties within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving this <br />notice to avoid closure of your facility. Payment shall be in cash, money order, credit card <br />(processing fee of $1.35 or 2.29%, whichever is greater), or cashier's check.
