3. The secondary containment unit allows fuel to drip on the exterior wall. <br /> a. The wall of the secondary containment unit was found to have flexed inwards <br /> resulting in the ability for fuel leaks at the outermost area of the fuel tank to not <br /> be fully contained. The secondary containment unit wall was repaired to capture <br /> leaks on the extremities of the fuel tank. <br /> 4. There is slight seepage of diesel fuel on cylinders 1 and 2 of the diesel motor. <br /> a. The injector seals at cylinders 1 and 2 were replaced. <br /> 5. There is oily residue at and near the crankcase breather tube. <br /> a. The crankcase breather tube by design will discharge vapors that may contain <br /> slight amounts of oil from the crankcase. That area is cleaned up on a weekly <br /> basis. <br /> 6. There is a melted pig pad near the secondary containment unit. <br /> a. The melted pig pad was hand scraped off of the floor using a scraper and a heat <br /> gam• <br /> 7. There is a slight sticky residue from the melted pig pad. <br /> a.
