Mold safety meeting on site to Insure all employee's know that we are insisting on <br />Sood workmg conditions and safe practices while conducting our portion of work. <br />4. No employee shall be allowed to work when his ability or alertness is irnpaued by <br />Aness or fltigue or other causes that might muse himself or others to expose themselves to <br />injury. Ile foreman will be responsible to see that positive action is taken to enforce this <br />most important rule. <br />S. The oeant operator will make dally inspections of all equipment before starting work - <br />Make corrections where necessary. Make a written report to office of any corrections that <br />need to be made when equipment is back in yard. <br />6. Make a check list and keep records of maintenance on equipment. <br />7. Make a list of repairs and major changes to equipment and place copy of thin , the <br />office bit <br />B. Safety equipment such as hard hats and ear protection are to be worn at all tunes <br />while this work is iia process. Notify office if there is not safety equipment on job site and <br />arnngements will be made to see that it gets there. <br />4, Keep 5m extinguisher charged and in work area at all times. <br />14.
