Please submit a work plan to this office by 30 September 2014, to assess the lateral
and vertical extent of contamination found at the above -referenced subject site.
As notified by letter dated 14 March 2014, Section 25297.15 of the California Health and
Safety Code requires that the local agency not consider cleanup or site closure proposals
from the primary or active responsible party, issue a closure letter, or make a determination
that no further action is required with respect to "hazardous substance" underground storage
tank release sites unless all current record owner of fee title to the site have been notified of
the proposed action by the primary or active responsible party.
This is to inform you that pursuant to Section 25297.15 of the Health and Safety Code, you
must provide the EHD certification in writing of your notification to all record fee title owners
and a complete mailing list of all record fee title owners prior to the EHD considering any
cleanup or closure proposals for the above -referenced site.
