The attachment I sen <br />pertains to 47 E. lith St. According to Assessor's Office information, the owner for 3 E. 11"' is " LEVAND, LOUIS A TR t <br />ETAL" and the owner for 47 E. 11th St. is "LEVAND, LOUIS A" and both are listed in care of "James L Levand." As I <br />understand, this information may sometimes not be up to date. <br />For both of these sites, is the "Levand Family Trust" the sole land owner in care of Paula Levand?tinlike the 47 th <br />RTO form, the 3 E. 11th RTO doesn't have Levand Family Trust as the sole land owner. With that inm mind, I need E 11 St. <br />clarification as to why the forms for 47 and 3 E. 111h St. were filled out differently. <br />Also, the form you attached for 3 E. 11th lists 3 E. 11th and 47 E. 11th as mailing addresses in section #1, which is confusing <br />and address information at the top- this should be filled in and resubmitted for this reason alone. <br />Please have the client clarify the information and resubmit an RTO with accurate, up to date information for each site.
