BASIS FOR NOT NEEDING A FEDERAL PERMIT: <br />In order to demonstrate eligibility for one of the onsite treatment tiers, facilities are required to provide the basis jar determining that <br />a hazardous waste permit is not required under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the federal <br />regulations adopted under RCRA (Ttle 40, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)). <br />Choose the reason(s) that describe the operation of your onsite treatment units: <br />❑ 1.
