The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by <br /> January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log <br /> into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> Two 55 gallon drums of caustic soda were found on site that have not been reported and the updated information has <br /> not been submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information <br /> submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> Employee training records were not available at the time of inspection. The business plan shall include provisions for <br /> ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be documented <br /> electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years.
