Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Quarterly bacteria and nitrite sampling is due for this facility. No ice production, no coffee <br /> service, no fountain drinks, no produce sampling, and no produce washing. <br /> The hot water in the restrooms is 77-78F. Increase hot water to 100F. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed some rodent droppings in the cabinet above the ware wash sink. Wipe out rodent droppings <br /> and clean and sanitize area. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed a can of Raid, a can of Hot Shot, a can of Real Kill, and 2 packages of rodent bait bars in the <br /> cabinet above the mop sink.
