The 2010 monitoring system certification results were not found on site. These records shall be kept on site for at least 3 years. The inspector provided a copy of the above document to the operator during the inspection. 202. An approved copy of the UST monitoring plan was not found on site. A copy of this plan shall be retained on site at all times. The inspector provided a copy of the above document to the operator during the inspection. 405. The L2 - 91 octane fill sump liquid sensor remained in alarm after testing and requires replacement. The continuous monitoring system shall be maintained to detect the entry of the liquid or vapor phase of the hazardous substance stored in the primary containment into the secondary containment and to detect water intrusion into the secondary containment. Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 91 octane portion of the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. Notes 1. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by November 4, 2011. 2. The emergency stop on the south side outside wall of the store did not turn off the fuel pumps when tested. The inspector referred this test failure to Lt. Frank Ramirez of Waterloo - Morada Fire District at 931-3107. Waterloo-Morada Fire District has enforcement jurisdiction over the emergency stop device. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
