The 2010 monitoring system certification results were not found on site. These records shall be <br />kept on site for at least 3 years. The inspector provided a copy of the above document to the operator <br />during the inspection. <br />202. An approved copy of the UST monitoring plan was not found on site. A copy of this plan shall be <br />retained on site at all times. The inspector provided a copy of the above document to the operator <br />during the inspection. <br />405. The L2 - 91 octane fill sump liquid sensor remained in alarm after testing and requires <br />replacement. The continuous monitoring system shall be maintained to detect the entry of the liquid or <br />vapor phase of the hazardous substance stored in the primary containment into the secondary <br />containment and to detect water intrusion into the secondary containment. Correct immediately by <br />having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the failed component with a <br />functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within one business day from <br />the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 91 octane <br />portion of the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by November 4, 2011. <br />2. The emergency stop on the south side outside wall of the store did not turn off the fuel pumps when <br />tested. The inspector referred this test failure to Lt. Frank Ramirez of Waterloo - Morada Fire District at <br />931-3107. Waterloo-Morada Fire District has enforcement jurisdiction over the emergency stop device. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />
