Diversified received its letter of completion and U.L. listing on the above products September 8, <br />2005 (File number MH29667, project number 04CA 25212). The following U.L. Position Statement may be <br />of interest to those using Diversified products. <br />"Diversified bulkheads, terminating and test reducers, have been tested and pass applicable require- <br />ments established in UL 971 for Nonmetallic Underground Piping for Flammable Liquids. As such, <br />Diversified bulkheads are UL Listed with the following product name "Flammable and Combustible <br />Liquid Tank Accessory" (abbreviated as F&CLTA) with the following control number 30S W. <br />This Listing allows the "customer" to install Diversified "Listed Products" with UL Listed pipe, UL <br />Listed sumps, and UL Listed piping systems that are in compliance with UL 971. As such, Diversified <br />"Listed products" may be intermixed with UL Listed pipe, UL Listed sumps or UL Listed systems without <br />voiding the Listing on those systems. <br />Diversified "Listed products" may also be used with non Listed pipe, sumps or systems without void- <br />ing the Listing of the Diversified Products." <br />DPM's flexible entry fittings listed by Underwriter Laboratories will have the following marks.
