Apply a bead of Zip-Tite all around the pie! y <br /> STEP 4: Bond Sleeve,Cuff Ring&Insert outer surface of the cuff ring <br /> • Apply Zip Tite to split cuff ring. Use 1 of 2.Slide sleeve over cuff ring&snap in place <br /> the clamps to hold in place while curing.
