Waterloo Foodmart, 4315 E Waterloo Rd, Stockton <br /> - <br /> _ f� <br /> _t <br /> 91 fill sump. Sump contains liquid which appears to be interstitial fluid. The electrical conduit boot did appear cracked. <br /> Interstitial fluid did flow from the test port when loosened.
