4-7-15
facility: Waterloo Food Mart
4315 e Waterloo Rd
Stockton, Ca.
Inspection
date 4-2-1.5
#207 Alex was there and you let him know and see that he missed to note
the two alarms on his report. However the Facility did note the alarms and had them
taken care of and have all maintenance records to show how it was fixed- I still think,
that we as the facility have done our due diligence in properly noting and fixing the
alarms.
#305 S-2 high liquid would not alarm. Elite four brought sensor and tested
and you were there to monitor the fiinctionality of the alarm. Corrected on site
#320 water was found in the fill sump, we would not know about the water
until the sensor went off or unless you unbolted a] I the screws. Less than I cup was
removed and the fill sumps were cleaned checked by you and all bolted back down. You
yourself said we as the facility would never know water down there unless sensor went
off
As far as the gaskets are concerned, We have had the site for about 6 years and NO ONE
had ever mentioned the gaskets until this day. The liquid vapor one was .Fixed on site by
Elite four and the others they will take care of. But still there was NO sign of the lids
EVER. having gaskets, like you witnessed. AfTord a test still argues it is not required,
but will put on.
'T'hank you,
n . RECEIVED
PR 0 7 2015
)NMENTAL
DEPARTMENT
