Contact the local fire department and tSan oaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and quireme ts. <br />2. Any changes in information and sc pe of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All n addenda supersed�qhe previous ones. <br />3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (2(A) 953-7311 to arrange the fo wing inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour n Ice is required for inspection app 'ntments). Please be <br />aware that inspecti/tons <br />mergency work must be scheduled\thel <br />ve days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. The EHD needvisual inspection of the ball-valve iturbine sump to <br />verify that it funoperly and has no leaks. <br />4. Any individual p orming the work of a service technician must meet the\eard <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess r be employed by a person who possesses one of several <br />valid, trent contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State Li <br />(may a issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's licenshe <br />ind idual by the State Water Board, and <br />b. P ssess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an indiallyresent at the work site who possesses a valid, current California USTechnician certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC), <br />Possesses a valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />U� � � ►jV, r-Qj <br />Q� �l <br />
