Waterloo Rd, Stockton, CA 95215 SR0073236 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to install new Diversified Products repair boots on UDC 3/4, replace <br /> Veeder-Root Vac sensors on the Unleaded Vapor secondary and Unleaded and Product line <br /> secondary and make necessary repairs to Unleaded product line in tank sump on the <br /> underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> b. Verify interstitial fluid levels have been restored in UDC 3/ double walled sump. <br /> c. Witness line test on 87 product line by licensed Tank Tester OR permit holder can <br /> run a 0.1 gallon/ hour test and provide the test results to the EHD. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system or receive fuel in <br /> the UST system prior to the EHD inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible <br /> valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br />
