Date: 04/19/2020 <br />Manufacturer training: Veeder-Root, 09/27/19 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Witnessed functionality testing of the 420 vent annular brine sensor (L18). Passed. <br />Five sensors were observed in fuel alarm upon arrival on site - L11, L12, L14, L15, and L18. No brine was observed in the vent <br />sump brine reservoir or the attached tubes. The technician stated that the system has been leaking brine for a while, that refille <br />brine rapidly disappears from the reservoirs, and that no brine accumulation has been observed inside the sumps. He also stat <br />these issues are being addressed under a different permit application. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
