We have also reviewed comments from California
t Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) . (See enclosed)
r
We agree with the consultant that an aquifer test combined with
information gathered from previous investigations should provide
sufficient data to design a remediation system. This plan should
1 be submitted by August 20, 1990.
In addition to the aquifer test, water analysis for possible fecal
coliform contamination must be conducted in order to comply with
San Joaquin County Public Health services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) Special Permit policy. These results should be
submitted upon completion.
Please call Eleanor Ratliff, RENS, of my staff, at (209) 468-3454,
if you have any questions.
4 Jogi Khan r}a, M.D. , M.P.H.
Health JOff icer
Iurie A.
