E1 Dorado Street,
Stockton, California.
Lawrence Tank Testing' s (LTT) vacuum pump service uses their
vacuum pump to pull the water from the wells, through dedicated
one inch Sch 40 PVC pipe, into a 100 gallon stainless steel tank
This water is then transferred to the "ConVault" for treatment by
"tank aeration" , with the vapor destruction accomplished using
the thermal oxidizer The thermal oxidizer as also concurrently
destroying vapor being pulled from the soil LTT has, for the
time being, stopped (August, 1993) purging monitor wells MW1,
MW2 , MW3 , MW8 and MW10 We are still placing the condensate
water produced from the vapor extraction system into the
"ConVault" for vacuum strapping treatment
If evaluations indicate that a continuous ground water pumping
cirstem is "==A=A cal carri-,=A raoll L- To-Ibe QnTeYted Yn f4}o
"ConVault" treatment system.
Ground water recovery lines, from the wells to the treatment
compound, will be 3/8" nylon tubing inside buried 3 " PVC pipe,
for double containment considerations .
The ground water recovery lines will be plumbed to an above
ground polyethylene sediment trap. From the sediment trap the
